2009 Accomplishments:

- New website www.madisonhall.org

- Rack Cards from Vista Print

- Ad in Madison County Tourism Book

- Made arrangements to be included in the 2010

  Madison County Wedding Planner Booklet

- Implemented Entertainment Books Fundraiser

- Implemented iGive on-line shopping donations

- Ads on various Internet wedding and venue sites

- Joined Decidio & Eventful for lead generation

- Living Room Pickers Free Concert and Pie Night - April

- Fritz's Polka Band Concert - May

- Planned summer Craft Fair - cancelled in June due to

  lack of registrations.

- Cleaned Balcony and removed debris and installed screens

- Tore down twin curved staircases, refinished and reinstalled

- Cleaned up old band room and converted to Brides

  dressing room

- Fabricated and installed new brass railings on front steps

- Applied for and received "Stimulus funds" thru Rep. Bill

  McGee for painting exterior of building. Painted 3/4 due to

  next door construction.

- Held 5K Historic Route 20 Run & Bake Sale. Renewed

  membership in Route 20 association.

- Held "downtown" bake sale at Dougherty's Pharmacy

- Furnished lobby with stored antique furniture.

- Added magnetic menu board to lobby

  New upholstery on Chippendale couch and chair. Various

  picture frames restored.

- Provided table & mirror to hold new registration book

- Held "21" Gift Basket raffle

- Held "Casino Night" using Morrisville College Casino

  Management students.

- Gave historic tour to Hamilton Baptist Church women's group

- Gave historic tour to Morrisville College Architectural students

- Rented facility for Bridal Receptions & showers, Baby

  showers, Birthday & family gatherings, Oneida Literacy

  Coalition meeting, Johnson Institute intro to Latin Music

  & Dance, H.S. Class of 2010  Holiday dance,

  Cornell Coop Madison County Extension   Annual Meeting,

  UUP Meetings, Contra Dances, Eugene Day Benefit,

  Crystal Kay Dance studio, Morrisville College various

  meetings etc.

- Held Nov & Dec. Indoor Farmers Market w/ 30 vendors and

  MECS PTO fundraiser with associated 'Country Cafe'

  fundraiser for Madison Hall

- Hosted 4-H band at Farmers Market

- Board members trained to use EBT (Electronic Benefits

  Terminal) for food stamp recipients to use at the Indoor

  Farmers Market

- Partner with Morrisville College students an Art Show and

  Sale for benefit of Morrisville Public Library.

- Can Drive Fundraiser in Nov & Dec. (November partnership

  with Morrisville Cemetery Group)

- Received Madison County Bar Association donation.

- Hosted Nutrition counseling sessions

- Added new 50 cup coffee pot to kitchen

- Partner with Madison County Historian to present (at Madison

  Hall) the 100th Anniversary of Madison County

  Courthouse move to Wampsville, NY in 1909

- Featured historical articles in Syracuse Post Standard and

  Utica Observer Dispatch with promise to be featured on

  Mohawk Valley Living TV program in 2010.

- Presence and display at Madison County Fair in Brookfield,

  NY- July

- Provided optical fiber corridor under our building for Morrisville

  State College cable feed.

- Participated in Morrisville Historical Society dedication of city

  fountain

- Partnered with Morrisville Historical Society for the creation

  and sale of Historical Calendars for fundraiser.

- Provided Morrisville Historical Society meeting room and
