Renovation
In 1988 area residents and college associates formed the not-for-profit Madison Hall Association Inc. Restoration efforts continue and depend upon fund raising activities and private donations. Current renovations include front steps with pillars and new footings. Next on the repairs list is a new coat of paint as well as the rehabilitation of the building's ballroom windows. With over $50,000 in renovations scheduled your donation is greatly appreciated. The front steps, foundation and pillars project is now complete.
July 2011 we start with the addition of a roof and lights over the handicap ramp to keep the snow off. We will also paint the west side of the building making our painting project complete.
