MADISON HALL IS A NON-SMOKING FACILITY

Following will give you an idea of room sizes

and inventories so you know what to expect

when considering Madison Hall.   

Maximum 400 occupancy.

Accommodating approximately 160 seated at

tables.

Tables: 12- 5 ft round tabless (seats 8 for dining)

     4- 4 ft round tables (seats 6 for dining)

             3- 30X96 oblong tables (seats 8 for dining)

             5- 30X70 oblong tables (seats 6 for dining)

          

           12 - Red bandana fabric tablecloths - assorted

           12 - White 54X96 fabric tablecloths

             1 - White 120" Round tablecloth

           60 - Burgundy 19.5X19.5 Cloth Napkins

Chairs   110 - Non Folding Metal

            27 ft wide X 18 to 21 ft deep

Kitchen is outfitted with:

             2 - 30 cup coffee pots

             1 -  50 cup coffee pot

             various tea cups, saucers, plates,

             pitchers, serving trays & flatware

NOTE: Kitchen is a "serving" kitchen only

and as such has no stove. Caterers use

our 'hot tray' cart with refrigeration and sink

present. Check for microwave availability.

Plenty of outlets exists so you may use

crock pots or similar to keep foods warm.
